China Town Eatery

We arrived right when they open and we were immediately seated. The waitress took our order quickly and we didnt have to wait very long for the food either. All the food items were very hot and tasty! We were in and out in 40min! Parking was a lil tricky as the parking lot was full but we eventually found a spot. There's a sign that says one cook and one server so dont be surprise if you do have to wait especially if its already a full restaurant. We did get up to pay at the counter (not sure but I think youre suppose to?) Either way we had a good experience and would return. Just happy to have found somewhere with dim sum all the time instead of just certain days/hours.

I really wanted dim sum the moment we got to SLC. All these Asian restaurants everywhere! Dim sum is something we don't have back in Boise so I'm trying to eat a much as I can before I head home. My daughter and I decided to try this joint out for lunch. They serve dim sum throughout the day so it was a win win situation. Most dim sum is in the morning so the fact we can have it for lunch was great. Walking in, I expected the joint to be nicer. Not necessarily top of the line but nicer. It was dull, crowded and dated. The lady behind the counter guided us to our table. We did breeze over the menu but I already knew what we wanted. We ordered a handful a handful of things. First time here China town eatery in Salt Lake City came with my husband and a friend ordered sweet and sour chicken waitress told me it would take 15 minutes ended up waiting 40 minutes for my food and my friends food.My husband got his food first Restaurant is very small and is very hot inside overall our food tasted really good when it was time to pay had to wait a long time for the cashier

Average Chinese food. The 肠粉 rice was okay and a bit salty. The orange pork was very oily. The 豉汁排骨 and 凤爪 were the only really good ones along what we ordered. Price is economic.

Food here was delicious. There were many eateries to choose from and I’m glad their menu outside lured me in. I will definitely return.
