1st time coming here and its going to be the last, walked in and got hit with the smell of mop water and then when I did order some crab rangoons because I like them a lot from other places, 6 pieces for 8 dollars is a bit pricey but I thought maybe the taste is worth it. I was dead wrong. They lasted doughy, the filling horrendous and left a nasty aftertaste, how could I come back if they mess up one item, what else would they mess up? Dont come here save some money and your stomach

Been here multiple times always get honey walnut shrimp and plain chow mein no vegetables. Tonight the cashier new super friendly young guy, the cook was eating his food when we walked in. We were the only customers so they were not busy to be rushing. Ordering was difficult some what, we ordered 2 honey walnut shrimps and one chow mein. Food tasted the worst ever the shrimp was chewy over cooked wasted 41 bucks for nothing felt bad not leaving a tip so glad I didnt because food again was horrible. The chow mein was not their thick noodles surprisingly I think the only reason it tastes edible is because its over saturated in garlic butter never again just lost a customer. We will wait and endure the line at the new local spot on Sahara and Nellis Drogon Express.

Horrible customer service I walked in a purchased so personal meals which came to 33.49 there’s literally coupons on the menus inside the establishment, when I asked the cashier could I retrieve the coupon for spending over $25 he tells me online only, but it doesn’t state that on the coupon. He then replies well I’m not the owner I just work here take it up with them, horrible response I would never come back here and spend my hard earned money to be treated like this. Don’t spend your dollars here

I placed an order online at 6:30pm Monday 6/16/2025. ETA was 6:44pm-6:49pm. Showed up at the restaurant at 6:45pm only to find that the doors were locked. I knocked on the door several times and nobody answered. I didn't see anyone inside. I tried calling the restaurant, but the calls forward to a third party receptionist service. She said the restaurant is open until 9:30pm. I told her I was standing in front of the restaurant and the doors were locked. She was surprised by this and attempted to call the owner. We are still waiting on a call back from the virtual receptionist, but at this point I've waited for 20 minutes outside a locked and empty restaurant. I told the receptionist they'll either have to refund our order or deliver it. If there was an emergency or something, I would expe

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED BY THIS PLACE. I placed a delivery order at 3:42pm and never received my order. I called THREE times wanting an update with each excuse being they’ll contact the driver and call me back with an update . They NEVER called me. DO NOT place your orders here.
