China King

We have ordered from China King a couple times since it opened recently. My husband and I are impressed with the service, timeliness of receiving orders, and quality of food. On the phone, the young man makes sure the order is right before hanging up, and offers the free items (cans of soda or pork fried rice) if you hit the threshold for them. At the restaurant, the staff work hard, and don't have time for niceties, but they are polite and helpful. My only suggestion would be to either take a name for orders or provide a number. It would be easier to describe what is being picked up this way. Food has been great. Rice and noodles are cooked perfectly and sauces yummy. Pork, shrimp, and beef taste great and are tender. I was disappointed to see the Teriyaki options gone... As I am a creature of habit... BUT LET ME TELL YOU WHAT!!! SHRIMP MEI FUN IS THE BOMB!!! New FAV!! DELICIOUS!! I'm not really disappointed now.. ❤️ Ordered over the phone and picked up.. QUICK & EASY. YUMM YUM!!!

Huge, flavorful portions. General Tso's lunch was great

Looking for a good Chinese place, this might be as good as it gets. Ordered plain lo mein, orange chicken combination plate, hot and sour soup, and chicken wings. The seasoning on everything was good, particularly the orange chicken, which actually had bits of orange peel in it. The broccoli was cooked but still crisp. The batter on the wings was flavorful. I did not taste rancid oil in the noodles and the wings, unlike at some other places. I was disappointed with the hot and sour soup, which was not sour, too claggy and seemed to have tomato sauce in it. It also had lots of cabbage and carrots, which was nice but not what I was expecting in hot and sour soup.

Not your standard Chinese food. Everything was fresher and tastier and I did not feel bad after eating it like i normally do with Chinesefood. Shrimp Mei fun was extraordinary!
