China III

We live in a neighboring town and drive past this place quite often. Finally decided to stop and order dinners and were pleasantly surprised. The combination dinners were a very nice sized portion. The sauces were flavorful and the veggies very fresh! Fast service too! Will definitely order from again.

I called with a couple questions due to dietary restrictions. Whomever picked up the phone decided to yell and get an attitude over an inquiring customer. I ended up hanging up. I have never been treated that way, and working int retail myself I would never speak to a customer that way. Never again will I even attempt to order from here. Last time I got food from here the guy was nasty and the food was bland and hardly any meat. $48 for 3 lunch specials seems outrageous. I left it go and decided to give it another chance, and he blew it.

Walked in at 9:20pm to get nothing but ignorance for wanting to place an order. He came walking towards the counter like a zombie and made no eye contact with a lot of huffing and puffing while placing the order. Went to hand card to make payment and after he angrily pointed to the side wall we apparently missed the tacked sign stating “only cash”. Was given the food after running to the bank to get cash. We wanted to sit and eat and had to ask for an extra plate in which he tossed the plates up on the counter as if he were tossing 2 frisbees. The energy in the restaurant wasn’t up to par and neither was the condition of the restaurant! Will never come here again.

Me and my fiancé like to treat ourselves to takeout every now and then and this has always been one of our favorite places to go near by, I love the orange chicken and pork fried rice! The owners are so friendly and quick to make the food. Highly recommend:)

I got egg drop soup that was nasty… I don’t know if it was old or what but it smelled like it was over cooked. It almost smelled like burned pop corn and is really dark orange. The diet dish of vegetable delight had good steamed vegetables but the brown sauce was straight up nasty…. Do they just cover up old food with tons of salt? I’ll stick with Mount Carmel’s China Bowl. I stopped eating Ashlands Chinese for years and heard it was good but…. THAT WAS A LIE
