Fresh and clean buffet with a good selection of food. My favorite was the general tso chicken. It was not quite spicy enough for me, and some of the chicken was over cooked, but since it's a buffet, you can get as much as you like and find the good pieces. Shouldn't have to do that, and that's why I'm only giving 4 stars. Fried rice was good. The crab ragoons were OK, but not really a lot of flavor either way, I like mine a little sweeter some people like theirs a little more oniony tasting, these were right down the middle IMO. As a whole, great buffet to go to and I definitely want to go back again, when I'm able. I took my two DILs with me and my granddaughter, they all enjoyed their food. oh, great little koi pond they had as well for the kids to enjoy. Didn't get any pics of food,

Best Chinese buffet in Columbia! This place is always consistent with great service and delicious food. There are so many options to choose from and there is also a hibachi grill, many sushi options and to finish off, a large dessert area with an array of options including vanilla, chocolate or twist soft serve ice cream. The price is very fair and I always receive excellent and attentive service. There is a koi pond with a waterfall and a fish food dispenser that if you’d like to feed the large koi, then for .50 cents you can. It dispenses a small amount of fish food that you can then have fun watching the koi fish gobble up the pellets. The entrance was a little confusing the first time I came here. Ordered tonight for the first time. Was terrible. All the fried parts of our meals were completely soft. You couldn’t even hear the crab Rangoon crunch when you bit into it. You could open it up flat it was so soggy. The egg drop soup was ok, but the fried noodles again were soft and tasted like chemicals. I’m very concerned about food poisoning. Absolutely awful. Go anywhere else.

China Garden might be the best buffet restaurant in Columbia, MO. The variety of protein options including multiple types of chicken, fried fish, baked fish, shrimp, and beef. They also have good spread of veggies and fruits. Sushi options are modest but well made and offered with oriental ginger and spicy wasabi. Desserts were limited but tasty. The price is cheap; and their pricing for kids is one of the most reasonable I have seen anywhere (it starts from 3 dollars for 2 & 3-year olds and gradually increases to the adult rate). The atmosphere is also one of the best for a buffet restaurant. The service was good as well.

Everything is very tasty and in a large assortment the atmosphere is perfect in the hall was very lively so coincidentally that today is Thanksgiving my buffet cost together with a taxi 21:30 $ $
