China Garden

I ordered wings from China Garden yesterday and was disgusted to find a bug cooked into one of them. This is a serious food safety issue and completely unacceptable. When I contacted the restaurant about it, they refused to refund my money, which made the situation even worse. I’ve attached photos as proof. Not only is the food unsafe, but the customer service is also terrible. I will never order from here again and strongly warn others to think twice before spending their money at this place.

Don't buy the teriyaki chicken.It doesn't taste like teriyaki at all. chicken is hard and tough. The guy that takes your order Where's the same gloves for everything.🤦‍♂️ he pick up the phone, Take your money doesn't change his glove. And if you are reading this Man change yr Gloves💯✌️

5 stars! I came from NYC and have tried a lot of restaurants, and China Garden in Ansonia truly impressed me. The new owners who took over just a few weeks ago are incredibly friendly, and the food is exceptionally good. Definitely worth stopping by!

First timer here. One of the reviews mentioned that the boneless spare ribs was dry but I decided to try it myself plus that's always my go to for any Chinese restaurant. Unfortunately they were right. Though the food looked good in my opinion, the ribs were dry and the rice to me tasted weird. I did however liked how they cut the boneless ribs which was like a thin sliced. The taste of it wasn't bad. I think if there was more sauce it would have been better as the taste of the ribs weren't bad.

I ordered the chicken fried rice and asked for it spicy. They served it with half-raw chicken, pink on the inside and clearly undercooked. Now I’m honestly worried about what’s going to happen to me. Hopefully the spice kills whatever bacteria were in that chicken. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
