China 88

The service was really fast and the lady behind the counter was very sweet however I feel like somehow my combination rice was burnt??? It was a decent portion of food for the price so I was a little disappointed when I noticed this. Better overcooked than undercooked though I suppose. I got two shrimp egg rolls that tasted extra fishy than normal for some reason but at least they were hot and crispy. I guess maybe I came in when they were having an off day, oh well.

We ordered on the phone 20 min before they closed (I know I know we hate doing this but nothing else was opened!), and they got our order done and bagged in 5 minutes. It was so hot and delicious. We got chicken lo mein, garlic sauce and broccoli with added tofu and some hot and sour soup, everything was great but the hot and sour soup wasn’t quite to my liking but was fine.

We ordered from China 88 just about every week. We spent about a year searching for a place that has black pepper chicken the way we love it and this place has it dialed in. Even after a long delivery ride, the food has always been great quality. Having tried several other items on the menu we've not found anything we don't like. The Lo Mein is also very good as a side or an entree. Great job and we're glad to have found this place!

Exquisite food. Plenty of rice, fast service, generous portions, the best Chinese food in Lee's Summit

Lived in Lees Summit for 20 years, and this is the first time eating here. Just great. Hunan Beef is excellent. Definitely going back!!!
