Krab Rangoons are fantastic! The chicken lo mein lunch special great as well. Not much more than a store front. That’s why I only gave it three stars for atmosphere. Not a great dine in place at all. That’s to be expected though. Food’s awesome.

Favorite Chinese food in Jax. Down to the detail, they make their food perfect and the same every time. We eat lunch at least once a week at China 1 and it will not change. (I was a chef for 15 years)

We got delivery, but everything was on time and fresh and very good. China 1 is our go-to for ordering Chinese for the 11 years we’ve lived here.

Ordered here for the first time while visiting a friends house in St. John’s, and they are great!

This place is normally five star food if you order tonight 2/7/25 be careful because the bone in ribs are all dried out. I already called them and the owners aren’t there and no one‘s there and they didn’t really seem to have a handle on what was happening and certainly did not care about my complaint. I know that they served me day old food and they heated it up. It didn’t taste disgusting, but it tasted dried out and old. So just a warning usually their food is good so I only took off one star I hope that the chef comes back and I don’t have to have this happen again because I’m not gonna pay $11 for ribs that are all dried out. Update - I had to take off 1 more star: the next morning I heated up the 6 steamed dumplings. They were mostly dough. The insides were crushed or shredded
