Went to eat dinner with my children. The waitress Destiny came after 10 minutes of sitting saying she would be right back, nope. Then took our drink order and still waited a while for those. We ordered our food which half of it was cold lets forgot about how long we waited. They didnt have the monthly marg and the excuse was they didnt have no liquor because of deliver. I had asked for my food to be hot when she did return then all of a sudden the manager appears. I sat there and watched my kids eat their cold/lukewarm food while still was waiting for my reorder all while the waitress kept walking by no communication no nothing. UPDATE- was given someone else’s order and they took it back after we returned back to the store. Not to mention they gave me a mummified eggroll after waiting a long while lol Take out is mid. Don’t care if it costs a little bit more. Use paper to separate the items in a triple dipper. Not everyone wants everything sauced on the plate or other sauces mixing. Food cold for how long I waited. Go back to the tin foil and plastic to go containers. Sauce leaked everywhere and seeped through the cardboard container

We came here on a Saturday a little before 5pm and were sat right away. Our waiter was super sweet and patient with us as we had not been here in a very long time. I ordered the Radical ‘Rita and it was very good so I got a second one. My husband ordered an old fashioned and he thought it tasted terrible. He did enjoy the ‘Rita as well. We ordered mozzarella sticks and we got the 6 count, but we truly could have been good with the 3 count. There was a good cheese pull and over tasty. I came in today to dine in and got seated in a booth I was attended by a young waitress named Dylan she has a great reputation with customer service, she came to greet me with respect I believe she deserves a raise or a promotion.

I usually love Chilli's BUT I can honestly say they dropped the ball with this. We decided to get takeout on Valentine's Day instead of dealing with the crowds. We placed an order at 6:44PM and received a confirmation text that the order would be ready between 7:11PM - 7:16PM. Okay, cool. We didn't get a text that the food was ready until 8:07PM! I understand that it's Valentine's Day but at least give the proper wait times! To make it worse, the food is cold! We literally waited for cold food. I'm not understanding why it took so long to make and it's not even hot? Chilli's definitely gets a thumb down for this experience.
