Ate there for the first time. I had the Deluxe Crispy Chicken 3 for me. I got a garden salad, A Crispy Chicken Sandwich with Fries and a Soda. It was worth the money. You got a large piece of chicken in a Brioche Roll. The food was hot when our server brought it out. It was tender and had a good taste. Our server was attentive and friendly.

Chili’s Toms River… where do I even begin. I have to say I’ve always enjoyed Chili’s because they have good deals on food. Unfortunately, I have to say, this visit was incredibly disappointing. Tried to finish off the night with a good dessert.. When I ordered a chocolate lava cake let’s just say I wasn’t expecting SPONGE! Tasted like the microwave and the unnecessary chocolate shell on top of the ice cream made it very difficult to eat. Not to mention, my table was surrounded by empty plates that were not cleared away by the server. If I ever come back it certainly won’t be for the dessert!

I love chilis and have been a customer at this location a few times over the past several years. Typically I have few issues, however tonight there must have been a few problems managing the window or whatnot as all of our food came out at once even though we requested the apps first then the entrees. I don’t know if it’s because they have other people bring the food to the table instead of the waiter but It was disappointing as there was a couple parties coming in and turning around because of how long the wait was. I understand the need to fill to go orders immediately, but it shouldn’t be to the detriment of the dine-in customers. While the food was good and the crew did try to make it right and comped a few of our items in return, the main reason I’m leaving a review is more so because

The food is still fabulous. Not greasy, very flavorful, and the ribs fell right off the bone. This the 3rd time of getting the Triple Dipper. Yum.

This place is always busy but never lacking in service, staff is always pleasant and everything is always clean It’s become a weekly date night, food is good and you don’t have to go far and spend too much to have a good meal and spend some time out
