Chili's Grill & Bar

I am 31 and have never been to a Chilis restaurant. Coming in for the first time the other day I was nervous I wouldn’t like the food. I have to say that was THE BEST experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. My waitress not only recommended great options, but she also let me try a SW queso that was soooo good I’m now obsessed! Because it was my first time the manager Eric came over and offered me a free dessert!! Which btw was AMAZING! The chips and salsa were very fresh along with the rest of my meal! The triple dipper was FANTASTIC! My waitress was probably the best waitress I’ve ever had! Her name was Briannah and she was not only very sweet and helpful, but she did not miss a beat. Manager Eric is top-notch. Always friendly, always walking around making sure everybody has everything they need. Server Kaylin is my favorite of all time. She is helpful, kind, and a great person. We come back to this Chili’s in Shelby Township, our Chili’s, over and over not just for the delicious food, but for the clean restaurant, the atmosphere and the fantastic service.

We had a large group of twenty people for a birthday celebration, not realizing it was homecoming weekend. However, the manager and his incredible staff had us seated fairly quick. Jake our server was on top of our service. Our drinks and chips were constantly filled, and the food came out with no issues. He was friendly, helpful, and one of the best servers I’ve ever had. Every member should be applauded, from the energetic hostess who was so adept at running the front, to the cook line who killed it- I’d come here any day over the Chili’s closer to my home.

Nice stop- relaxed atmosphere and good meal. Enjoyed the 3 for Me, and some chicken crispers. Friendly service, fresh and hot meal. Easy in and out. Plenty of parking. Glad we stopped in. Full bar. Clean restrooms.

My husband and I live in the area and we frequent this Chillis location often. The manager is incredibly nice and never fails to check in on how our meal is every time we visit. You can tell he really cares about his customers and wants to ensure everyone is happy. The great service, consistently great food and even better prices keep us coming back.
