Chili's Grill & Bar

This was my first time at Chili’s. My wife had been before, but it was new for me. I really liked the service. Our waitress was friendly and even though things were a little slow, we did not mind. We ordered chips with the three dips to start, and the dips were not great. The chips came in a huge portion but were too oily for us. For the main course my wife ordered pasta and enjoyed it. The portion was big for her. I got the Triple Dipper with Nashville chicken crisps, chipotle chicken crisps, and bone-in wings. It ended up being a lot of food. We also had a beer and a cocktail. By the end we both felt like we gained a couple of pounds, but the atmosphere and service made it a good visit. The dessert was a nice finish. I would come back.

It was, by far, the best experience I have ever had in this Chili's (and I've been coming to this one for over 15 years). It was apparent that there has been a management change recently and whoever it is, they are doing amazing. It was a busy Friday night (7pm) and they seated us right away, the waitress was amazing and had our drinks out fast. We didn't even have to ask for refills because she was all over it. The food was hot, tasty and had amazing taste. The whole team did an amazing job and I applaud the team, great job!!! We will be back!

I have been coming to this location for a while now, but this visit in particular was spectacular beyond belief! Johnny was so personable while he was seating me. My server, Patrick, was very attentive and accommodating. The manager, Paul, was also very kind and helpful while dined tonight. Definitely will be back soon, especially if this team will be here when I do!!!

When we walked in there was no one at hostess stand. Finally an older man came and looked at his chart then took us to table the only time he even acknowledged us was telling us they were doing shift so we could not sit in the raised booth. No server available. We didn’t ask to sit there. Server was a bit confused. Might need more training. We still left 20% tip. My husband did.

We spilled over from Longhorn which was absolutely packed. Chilis was dead. We learned why. The so-called quesadilla explosion salad was served with dry, microwaved chicken and four cheese quesadillas that tasted like they were made three days before, frozen and then microwaved. My friend's steak was an abomination and an extremely cheap cut of meat. And I mean cheap even by Chilis standards. It also appeared to be pre-cooked. Very sad. I didn't even tell you about the service. It was full of people who seemed more interested in TikTok than their actual jobs. Our server, Alexis, tried to be nice but she was poorly trained and ill-equipped for her job. This signals a failure from the top down at this restaurant. In the end, we both remarked that we would have had a better meal at McDona
