Chili's Grill & Bar

Went to the Layton Chili's and had an AMAZING server. Both my Sister and I were really happy to see that Chili's gave an opportunity to a young man who has a disability a job. He was our waiter. What we were not happy to see was a co-worker putting him down in front of his customers. You have a problem tell your boss or take your co-worker to the side. I did tell the manager what we watched. He seemed to hear my complaint and I hope he let our waiter know we appreciated him as our waiter. Food and drinks were great.

Chris was a great server. I’m from Oregon and haven’t made my way to a Chili’s in over a decade. Glad to know it’s better than it was. I’ll be back for some drinks/apps before I leave, and I’ll definitely be back next year for the chili con queso! (It’ll be back mid December)

Depends on the time you go but this time was exceptional. The food was perfect temperature, waiter was super quick, and I finally got that cheese pull!

If you want a very nice dinner. Come here. Josh the manager is a true professional. Making sure you and your family are good and everyone is great. Handles everything professionally and has the staff to back it. Everything was better than ever. Thank you so much.

We had lunch here on 10/26/2025 around 3:30 PM. Overall, it was a good experience, but there were a few things worth mentioning. When I sat down, there was something crusty on my chair, but our waitress, Elvia, went above and beyond—she not only washed it off but also dried it so my clothes wouldn’t get wet. Excellent service on her part! She also mentioned that the new cheese was a different kind, specifically vegetarian, good job Chili's, it was really good. The margarita took quite a while to arrive, which was a little frustrating since we had one at lunch just so we could finish it before our 2.5 hour drive. Not sure what the holdup was there. Needed 45 minutes after finishing them so we could drive home. My bill ended up being higher than expected because the “Three Trio Meal Deal”
