Stopped in for quick bite after shopping n had the trio fajitas n definitely was not what the “picture” on the menu looked like. It was not good at all. Staff was good n atmosphere was typical Chilis chain atmosphere with chain food. Definitely left the whole meal minus few bites. Use to bring my grandson n he loved it there but to go for a real meal… there’s so many other choices around.

I've been there many times this time. I got the food delivered and I was a little disappointed. Perhaps it didn't reach the high bar that I have set standard for this place. The hamburgers were delicious as usual juicy. Large with a lot of condiments.. I was disappointed with the quesadilla. The brisket quesadilla, which was like tiny little minced pieces of brisket meat, on top of huge pieces of cheese very disappointing, very sad.Because if you go into a sandwich shop, you get at least eight ounces of brisket meat with a sixteen.Dollar brisket sandwich, if you pay twenty dollars for quesadilla, you'd expect to get 6/8 ounces of brisket among the quesadilla, I was really looking forward to that.That's a shame. The presentation was good. But a lot of places have good quality presentations

Good service, but don't get the ribeye steaks. If they are indeed ribeyes (I highly doubt), then they're cut as thin as sirloin. Tasty, but 3/4" thick cut. When I get my ribeyes, they are slightly over 1" cut. The service was promptly and well timed, my complaint was taken seriously and respectfully (I just remained in disagreement about whether it was sirloin or ribeye). The price was reasonable for Sysco. I was very pleased to see a seat was available for my wife and I, even without a reservation. The atmosphere was relaxed, not too loud, although it was somewhat cold temperature in the restaurant. Overall, I think its not a bad choice, but if I were looking for a better value, maybe next time I'd find a restaurant named "... House of Pizza..." because its definitely a better value d

We absolutely love this Chili’s! My boyfriend and his friend are obsessed—they always suggest it whenever we’re deciding where to eat. It’s truly our go-to spot. The food is consistently delicious, the atmosphere is fun, and the staff is friendly. I love the peanut butter pie myself and my boyfriend loves the chicken crispers. Plus, the location couldn’t be more convenient since it’s right next to Target, our favorite store. We never leave disappointed!

Tough experience. Our waitress was super nice so nothing against her. My chicken sandwich came raw, and I mean RAW as could be and I didn’t notice it until after I took a bite. Waitress was super shocked and took it back and took it off my bill. Manager came over and explained what happened…didn’t make me feel any less nauseas. Went with the burger instead and it was fine just wicked greasy. This experience may have turned me off to any Chilis going forward.
