Chili's Grill & Bar

Very poor quality food tasted awful and unsanitary to eat. Food was incorrectly prepared and had a weird taste and feeling to it and very poor packaging with extremely small portions. Made my mouth feel sick and hurt it's like they poisoned it.

This restaurant has been in my area for a long time, but something has changed. The food was very good. I’ve gone a couple of times in the last month, and both times the restaurant was packed, and the staff brought their A game. I’m not sure if Gianni is a manager, but he was amazing both times. He helped the wait staff by bringing out food, and checking on customers. From the time you walked in, until you departed, the staff was very friendly and attentive. A++

Brandy was amazing. She was patient and made sure we were happy our whole visit. My dads bacon wasn’t as well done for his burger as he wanted but she fixed that right away and the manager brought it out quick and it was fantastic. Overall, great time and thankful this chilis is still open.

Horrible waitress. We were seated in the bar area and our waitress was so bad and no interest in our table. Food was just ok. This chilis is the worst one I gave been to. Other chilis are great. But this one I would stay away. They could care less about thier customers

Customer service was perfect. Food was on time and everything. It was warm and well made. I just didn't enjoy one bit of the meal and the manager was very kind and nice about it and it was just a great experience all the way around
