★★★★★ Outstanding experience at Chili’s in Salem, NH. From the moment we walked in, the host was incredibly welcoming and even opened the door for me when my hands were full, which was a very thoughtful touch. Our server Cory and the general manager Joe provided some of the best hospitality and customer service I’ve ever experienced. We have a serious dairy allergy, and they both took the time to carefully go over the allergy chart with us so we could be confident about what was safe to eat. Joe, the general manager, personally prepared a special side of chicken without dairy to make sure the meal was safe for us. I haven’t been to a Chili’s in probably 15 years and it’s just like I remember. Vaguely Tex-Mex, super “chain restaurant” vibes, service was good but food is frozen. If you know what to expect, it hits every mark. I enjoyed my Cajun pasta (not texmex by the way) and the app as well. The dishes didn’t look like the pictures in the menu, but again, expectations.

We had an amazing experience placing a catering order for a baby shower. The general manager was incredibly helpful and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The customer service exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Not only was the food delicious, but the care and attention we received made all the difference. The mama-to-be was absolutely thrilled to have her favorite Chili’s dishes at her baby shower! We will definitely be loyal customers moving forward—both for the amazing food and the outstanding customer care.

I had a great experience at this Chili’s thanks to our server, Ruby. Even though I only stopped in for an appetizer and dessert, she was exceptional — very kind, attentive, and genuinely sincere. I was having a rough day, and her positive attitude was a reminder that tough days happen, but there’s still so much positivity in the world. That meant more than she probably realizes. Service like that sticks with you. I’ll definitely be back.
