The manager Everett would not help support me when I asked for my salad. I had a ticket time of over 30min for a salad and a cup of soup. He continued to make me feel uncomfortable and unsupported throughout my full experience Update: after 40min of not receiving my salad I asked for a refund. He was quick to help with that even though he would not assist when I asked if he could check on my salad. He actually refused to go to the kitchen and just went back to his office. Disappointed chili would hire managers to lead their teams like that.
Not too many airport food choices impress me but this time was an exception. We had an early morning flight and wanted some breakfast. Chilis has a southwestern omelette that was excellent. And the service was outstanding. Thanks Peggy!
Placed an online order via the kiosk. Checked in with the bartenders regarding order status on a few occasions and they checked for me. Did not get my food for almost an entire hour and had to board my plane. Manager took my receipt to ensure I would get the food, later claimed he did not have it, asked me what we ordered and I told him we would be fine with just the salads. Kitchen was busy but we never got our food and had to board the plane. Its too bad cause I love chilis and sitting down we probably would have been fine. I hope they can figure this out so others do not go without their food.
we never ate there because the black bartender was extremely rude and so busy correcting us that she wouldn’t serve us. We were in a hurry to catch a flight and we needed our food to go. She should be fired. I left a review with HMS and hope to hear back from them I have never been treated so badly in a restaurant by an employee we were there on December 29 about 10:30 AM.
My husband and I Walked in not greeted by no one @ the entrance . After 5 minutes a waitress walked up to the entrance . I stated a table for 2# she then stated it will be a 30 minute wait unless we wanted to sit @ the bar. After going to the bar there were only dirty spaces to sit .The bartender staded she will be right with us. After standing another 5 minutes I then grab a towel on the bar and started cleaning the area. Before I left my house I asked my grandson his experience there and he stated it's a long wait on being seated and for your meal . After asking for a medium well steak with loaded mashed potatoes. I had to send my Steak back 3#times which made the potatoes cold. I didn't receive my cocktail until almost the end of my meal. The bartender stated they we're 30 drinks behind
