Chili's Grill & Bar

my family and i came in today for lunch. we waited over 30+ minutes for an outside table, we were quoted 10 minutes. my friends food came out cold, my meal never was put in, luckily we ordered an appetizer or i would’ve been starving. the people who came in after us got their food the same time we did. i am really disappointed in this experience.

I thought the food was good, my wife not so much. The service seemed rushed. The waitress wasn't rude, but wasn't friendly either. It was quick to The table and fast to leave. It could be understandable, but we went at 2pm, before supper rush. Ill still give them another try before I make a full decision to be fair.

I give 2 points based off the wait time, service, the waitress acted as if he didn’t really care about the job for real and like he was just working for a tip. Long wait for the food and when they finally brought the food out, a good bit of it wasn’t cooked all the way. It looked to be done on the outside but completely raw meat on inside and still frozen. Our waitress didn’t come back for a while so we saw a cook and told them and they took the food back and re-made it. We told the waiter, he started making excuses as if we were lieing and trying to get over on the restaurant and the food was almost completely raw on inside and half way frozen.

Ok I went there and ordered a Veggie burger. It was so hard, dry and burnt I sent it back. Which my server stated would be taken off my check. I ordered honey chipotle cheese sticks instead. They came out lukewarm. I only at 1 of 3. I was there for a whole hour and 12 mins. My server although she was so nice and sweet was on where to be found. I wanted a box for the 2 sticks I didn’t eat. I was so disappointed with not only the food, my wait time and the lack of service I received. Then as I was trying to pay and just leave I notice that my veggie burger wasn’t taken off the check it was just split into 2 check on the table tablet. I paid for me 2 drinks, the one cheese sticks that I ate (had to pay for all 3) and kindly walked out. There was a check for just the burger I don’t know if it
