Chili's Grill & Bar

Probably one of my worst experiences at a restaurant in recent memory. I’m sitting at my table now, 55 minutes after I walked in. I do have my food, but I haven’t been asked if my food is good (saltiest ribeye I’ve ever eaten, not even edible, broccoli is raw), I haven’t been asked if I need a refill, and two tables behind me have left after waiting 20 minutes to be acknowledged. The staff has mostly been rude. We’ve overheard things from them we should not have with my young kids here. My server is the nicest guy in the world, but I haven’t seen the guy in 30 minutes. No manager in sight. I would steer clear of this place from now on. Coming from a person that worked here 20 years ago and loved this place!

Ordered delivery. Ordered boneless buffalo with a side of buffalo sauce. They gave me straight oil. It's absolutely disgusting. Food is gross. So unacceptable Edit - I dumped it out and a paper bowl to see what it looks like underneath and there's like this nasty coating at the bottom. Edit #2 - their own customer service is useless also. This place has gone downhill.

Food was great, service as well. Didn’t take long for a table.

This was my first time going to a chilis restaurant ever, I'm from NYC and haven't seen one around. Very impressed with the large portions and generous prices.

I came with my daughter because she loved Chili’s burgers and there ribs so I ordered her burger meal and a full rack with fries, because we had planned to take the half home, we were close to the kitchen and our server told his colleagues how we were big eaters, when he brought our order all them out at the kitchen door to see who was getting the order as woman I felt out of place, I couldn’t stand my server and didn’t want to make a scene, so we stayed through bit I will never come back to this location
