I ordered the big QP burger which was definately not what I expected as u can see it was still pink but you would think after waiting 30 plus mins for it it would have been done right manager should consider some type of music to listen to while customers wait im i definately dissatisfied now my server TE was great considering she had alot of tables

I came on a Thursday bc the traffic was so bad and I got tired of riding in it. They were busy as expected, but I still got such prompt service as soon as I stepped through the door. I decided to sit at the bar and was greeted by my bartender Amy. She was hands down such an amazing and refreshing energy. Drinks were great, energy was great, she let me know about all of the specials and things of that nature. She was also working her other tables and was still extremely attentive to everyone. Definitely recommend coming to this location and asking for her. This was a much needed breather.

My server was Gabby and she is always amazing, this is a regular for me on a weekly and 9/10 I end up with her as my server, she is joyful, full of happiness and makes me smile and appreciate my food and services provided even more. Thank you Gabby!!! 😁❤️

Ordered food and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes, after over 2 hours of waiting and other people sitting down and look getting their food after our kitchen order we asked for a refund and the manager argued saying they can’t show proof of us getting a refund and it would take 5-7 days or whatever. Other people picking up also got mad and left without paying. They need to be educated on how to run a business and take care of their customers! I started raising my voice louder and all of a sudden they were able to give me a paper for proof of refund and manager claimed he was 4 days out of training but still skeptical and time will tell if I actually receive it. No care for their customers

Well let me tell'yah. I went against my own words...I went toward closing and yall know that ain't my stick lmao!!! Oh and to make matters worst I had my family with me!!! Even though I wasn't eating waffles Chiiiiiiiiil's damn show nuff burned mines! Host was pleasant got us to our table at said time but the phantom of the opera waiter we had totally forgot about me and my family. Got our drinks and entree in I'll give him that, but I guess from him entertaining the table behind us he never came back to take the main order. Now when he came back almost 20fiiiiiiiiiiiiive minutes just to check and see how we were doing stiiiiiiiil didn't take the main order. Listen to me corperate folks up top sitting at the nice chili's table yall must be planning on shutting down or I guess take the AI
