Food was great and came out very quickly even though most tables were filled. I got the chiclen crispers with Nashville hot, which I felt wasn't spicy but still tasty. Wait staff and hosts were very friendly and attentive. Due to being so busy it was a bit loud but you could still have conversation.

I ordered togo on the app was already glitching ordered off my friends phone my steak came nearly raw asked for well done by the way then called complained to a manager did absolutely nothing. didn’t offer anything nor a refund for me close to getting food poisoning. great service keep it up. would not recommend.

A bowl of tiny chips for the salsa says to me that they are just dumping the unused chips from previous tables back into a larger bowl to reuse and never hand out silverware with food on it. 👀 Staff was fast and friendly and food tasted good.

My partner and I came here on a Saturday evening however we came before the rush, my partner and I are both POC and Latina, please keep that in mind, we walked in and were greeted however we asked for a booth and were told to wait as they were cleaning one even though there was more than plenty available, so someone else sat us at one of those booths that was available, thank you to whoever that was. Fast forward, I had ordered the sprite and when I tasted it it tasted watered down(more like seltzer water) so I assumed the machine needed to be changed in which I told my server so that way she could go tell them, I asked for another one as I wanted to have sprite with my meal, she was pretty quick to bring it back which indicated to me that she didn’t try to get it changed and of course it

Haven't been to Chili's in 15 or more years. I was pleasantly surprised at how good everything was. I was also surprised that the place was completely packed on a Saturday afternoon. Great food, great service, price reasonable.
