Chili's Grill & Bar

After literally DECADES of eating at Chili’s, I can safely say I’ve found the absolute worst of the worst. There were three employees behind the bar spending more time talking to each other than taking care of customers. Took several minutes to even be acknowledged, more time to order drinks, more time to have to ask for menus. These people- one guy in particular on the 11:00 am shift - is clearly poorly trained and has no clue that many people are trying to get something to eat and make it to the gate on time. I had to flag down the server to tell him we needed to order so we could get going. By this time we had wasted almost 20 minutes and just now ordering. One woman appeared to be a manager also huddled with the two others while ignoring customers. The one male server went to the end

Arrived asked bartender Mindy for beer n mixed drink…. Waited 10 mins she disappeared. Finally asked other bartender, so sweet she fixed drink and gave beer. Finally had to ask Mindy if we could order finally!!!! Ordered the boneless chicken nuggets lol not wings. They were so salty we could hardly eat. Told her she stayed if was chili’s sauce. Gave us a honey mustard. Then went across bar complained to customers about me observing her. They looked at me smiling n shrugged their shoulders. I’m a bartender on the Gulf Coast maybe some need customer service refreshing.

Why if you have flights leaving at 8:45 in the airport would you close at 7PM? We had so many of us flying out on the last flight that were hungry since we had to get to the right at dinner time! And when we got through check in and through TSA you were already already closed along with every other thing in the airport! How about you stay open at least until 8:00 so that those of us who have to check in at 6:30 can then come eat and have a drink! That was very disappointing. !

ordered a grilled cheese took 45 mins for it to come out. server is running around like a chicken with her head cut off. Absolutely ridiculous, she avoided our table and made no effort to fix or apologize for her mistakes. feeling so upset inside. . #notclear

We had a shockingly delicious chicken sandwich with fries before a flight out. Honestly, was one of the tastiest fried chicken sandwich I've ever had. Friendly service as well! Great spot to relax if you're waiting for a flight.
