Big props to James — he absolutely knocked it out of the park! The chips and salsa were fresh and delish, and the QP was cooked to perfection. James went above and beyond and even introduced us to the 3 for Me! Great service and great food. We’ll definitely be back!

Starting with thr atmoshpere; its barely changed since I was a kid and we used to go there. I did wish the music wasn't as loud, but I do think we may have been seated close to a speaker. Thankfully the restaurant, restroom, and dishes were all clean. The service was great, the waiters and waitresses were all friendly, the food came out quickly. Literally nothing more I could ask for from them. The food was the worst part of the experience, which isn't something you would hope for in a restaurant. The steak in the fajitas was so overdone it was chewy, the shrimp managed to be bland even though it was coated in seasoning, and the guacamole barely had any taste to it at all. Came here on a Saturday at 9:40 PM it was not packed there were maybe 20 tables full if that. The service was horrible. Took us 20 min to get our drinks. On top of that went to the bathroom and the ladies facility was a complete mess!!! I mean absolutely disgusting!!! After that we got our food, we got the fajitas for two. The tortillas were cold and stuck together. Our server never gave us refills on our drinks and it was like pulling teeth trying to flag him down. I will NEVER eat at chilis again. They have lost my service permanently!!! Highly disappointed.

Server did a wonderful job. We ordered the burger fries and endless chips and salsa and added queso. It was absolutely delicious the pace if the food was great not to slow not to fast. Salsa was bot hot enough but the flavor was on point. Definitely recommend and will definitely go back.

This is our third time dining at Chili’s Grill & Bar, and once again, the food quality was outstanding. Their hamburgers are excellent, and honestly, everything on the menu looks—and tastes—amazing. What truly sets this location apart, though, is the customer service. It is absolutely out of this world. The staff is friendly, smiling, and genuinely engaging every step of the way. They consistently check in to see how the food is and make sure the experience is enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend this place for both great food and exceptional service.
