Chili's Grill & Bar

We had stopped coming to Chili’s because of the terrible quesadillas we had experienced. But decided to try again. Had the chicken bacon ones and the beef brisket quesadilla, both we hardly filled, very little cheese and sparse teeny bacon bits. Thank goodness we ordered the egg rolls or we wouldn’t have had much dinner. Our waitress didn’t even ask the manager to see us when we showed her the meal or he or she didn’t bother to address the issue. We will not get taken again.

Chili's. Suddenly I remembered why I haven't visited in years. As I post this, I do want to start with positive comments. The hostess was extremely nice and sat is right away. The waitress was equally as polite, very patient, and our order was correct and timely. Refills on our non alcoholic drinks was proved in fresh mugs within minutes of our first mugs of tea and soda arriving. Hats off to our waitress and her service (11/08/25) and her tip certainly reflected what I would call outstanding. The negative. I ordered the oldtimer burger. Everything was fresh and put together well, and the serving size of the burger and fries didn't disappoint. What did was the manner in which the burger was cooked. Come see Alon he was so awesome. He is so worth the visit in Greenwood. He very personable. We need more of him in customer service. When you go by tell him Theresa said hi.

Enjoyed my experience here.They had good wheel chair accessible parking spots open. There was no wait when we came in and the food took no longer than 15 minutes to prepare. The food was fresh and well cooked and our waiter Christopher was so freindly and attentive. Food was totaled to be around $46 between us two.
