I ordered from here last night and ate mold ! I’m so disgusted! The manager gas lighting me when I called making statements like “we just ordered new buns and we only have been using fresh buns that came in today” when I know that’s not true because why does my bread have mold on it. White powdered substance on bread is mold. He even tried to lie and say they cook the rolls in flour. I then had to tell him no sir this is for certain mold. I believe he even pretended to give me a refund just to get me off of the phone

Went here with my young ladies for brunch. Staff was lively and friendly. Everything was great. I had the opportunity to treat myself to my favorite my drink the Presidente margarita. We also enjoyed the atmosphere and game they have playing.

The Cajun pasta was extremely over cooked to a point where the noodles tasted gummy. The ribs were slightly over done and kind of dry..I was expecting tenderness. The bbq sauce.they put on the ribs was actually pretty good. The honey chipotle tenders were also a win and a distraction from what was happening to all the other failed items. Service was great. Our server was very attentive and engaging. The ambiance of the restaurant was nice, it wasn't to busy nor packed and with that being the case the food should have been a lot better than what it was

Avoid this location if you at all cost! Cleanliness and food safety is not a priority and when you tell management they don’t bat an eye or even respond. I was unfortunately served rancid/old broccoli. I called to let them know and the manager didn’t even bother to acknowledge it.

I visited this Chili’s yesterday and requested to be seated in a quieter area due to a medical condition. The restaurant was not busy, yet the hostess sat us right in the middle of large parties. I politely asked our waitress to move us to a more secluded spot, and she was very kind about it. But then the same hostess seated three separate large parties (all groups of 6) right around us—despite plenty of open tables elsewhere. It felt intentional and incredibly inconsiderate. I asked to speak with the manager (an older white gentleman), and he gave a dry, dismissive apology with no concern for my medical needs. I ended up taking my food to go just to escape the environment. I spent nearly $70 and left feeling disrespected, unheard, and unwelcome. Whether it was my medical condition or th
