Chili's Grill & Bar

Food was delicious. Made a to go order mobile order. Food was being bagged up when I arrived and was fresh. The food was better than I was expecting. Ordered the bowl and it was very flavorful. It is even a great eat the next day. Will definitely be ordering again.

Get. The. Mozzarella. Sticks. You WON'T regret it! The pictures really don't do them justice to just how massive they are because the bowl holding the marinara is huge. The staff has also been super friendly each time we've been, we'll be back. :)

I loved almost everything about my visit to this location except someone forgot to take the tendons out the crispers so some of them were quite difficult to bite into. I hope they see this and fix this in the future. This is why I don’t like to take chances with chicken in restaurants cause once I hit those it puts me off. Otherwise the food was good and the service went above and beyond.

This review is for the Chesapeake Square Chilis to Go carry-out service only. I placed an order for fajitas for two. My partner left to get the order. Within 5-6 minutes of ordering, Chilis texted me saying the order was complete. Ummm…no way! There is no way you can grill chicken, beef, shrimp, onions and peppers AND plate rice and beens all within 5 minutes! When my partner returned with the food it became apparent that Chilis simply gave us an old order that someone else never picked up! Everything was room temperature and the veggies were cold, greasy, and limp. Also, the chips and salsa had food bits on the chips and some white plastic bits in the bag, as if they possibly re-used the chips from other customers (!?)…not my first time with this problem either! Chili's isn't what it used to be. Sometime in the last few years they've changed the recipe for their chicken crispers. They're actually pretty decent now, but not how I remember. Probably won't go back.
