Chili's Grill & Bar

Not a good experience for my travel. There is lettuce on my glass of ice and no salad of any kind was ordered. The food was not that great at all. We ended up leaving most of the order not eaten , paid and tipped the waitress. Sadly, I won’t be stopping at a Chili’s restaurant again after this.

Went to lunch with friends and we arrived right as the doors opened. The staff was faced with at least 20 people right when they opened. There was an understandable wait. But our server was very polite and then brought us some fresh hot nicely salted tortilla chips and salsa. Delicious! We each ordered something different I will share our photos below. Full beef nachos, chicken quesadillas explosion, and a burger and fries. Our meals together cost around $50 including taxes. We all had doggy bags!

Tonight was light crowd. There is plenty of televisions with many sporting events. Workers were laid back. We got endless chips and salsa which was good. I typically enjoy my salsa to be chunky and theirs is not, but still tasted good. The crispy crisps (chicken) was good and warm. The service was good but didn’t really feel like the waitress was personal. Overall a decent meal.

Made a stop here for lunch while visiting my son. Everything we had was delicious. The service was great the food came out fast and was fresh. We had the Triple Dipper with the southwest egg rolls, cheese sticks, and Boneless honey chipotle wings. My son ordered the Bacon guac crispy chicken sandwich and I got the Chipotle chicken fresh Mex bowl 🔥

Rudeeee Management. Called to see if they had a area or seating to accommodate a party of 20. As soon as the lady got on the phone I told her I was on hold for a manager and I could barely hear her and I repeated myself and ahe said how can I help you. And she continued to cut me off while I was speaking. And she said oh I cant accomodating that. Before I could even finish letting her know when. Very poor customer service skills.
