Chili's Grill & Bar

I’m 46yrs old & have been coming to this exact location(Calumet City) since I was 9yrs old. I usually do To Go, but tonight my 7yr old said she wanted to eat IN THE RESTAURANT, so I obliged. Everything from the Host, to our server(Ivy), the food..everything was Exemplary. Thank you Alicia, Janay, Ivy & Elvis for making our dining experience Amazing tonight..& Kisses to the Chef, because the food was GOODT.!!

Food was great, service was fast and friendly, and we had a really nice lunch.

I think they were understaffed, we had to keep asking for stuff, we got our appetizers but no plates & we had to ask twice. We got the tex mex bowl, it comes with guacamole they forgot to put it on there, we asked for extra sauce when we placed our order & we didn't get it. I feel communication goes a long way. If you're short staffed just say that I understand things happen. Then one of the employees was speaking bad about another employee to a customer that was dining in which is completely unprofessional. I've been to this location plenty of times & have never had this experience. But I won't let one time deter from coming back overall I like this location but if you understaffed let your customers know.

We've been to this chili's a few times. Every time has been Amazing!! But this time really stood out from beginning to end. Khyle was wonderful so friendly. Great server ontop his game!! He made us feel right at home had our meals out nice and hot. It was just an amazing experience with Khyle and I wanted to give credit where credit is due. Thank you Khyle for making our day a little more special 💗. God Bless.

The customer service was great and the food was even better. I don’t know if it was the time of day or under new management but I was extremely satisfied.
