Chili's Grill & Bar

I started off here with the appetizer mozzarella sticks. Very good appetizer option and good quality very delicious and good amount of sticks for the price. For the main course I ordered fries and a bacon burger also did not dissapoint all round good place to go for lunch. Also, the chicken tenders were very crispy and flavorful. The service was very polite and checked on us often throughout our meal. The worst of the lunch was the obnoxiously loud music had to talk a little loud for anyone to hear.

This is the first time going to Chili's since we left Arizona and being in Ohio. The menu is really different but the food choices are good. Service was great. Area was very nice. Food was delicious.

We went on Valentines day because it was also my mother in laws birthday, and what she wants, she gets. They had a 45 minute wait to be seated, and the server we were sat with had a full section. In spite of that, our drinks were never empty. She never stopped smiling, she checked on us every 10 minutes, we had our food within 20 minutes of placing our order and it was accurate and hot. I wish I could remember the name of the young lady, she has those cool clear glasses and (I think) dirty blonde hair. She was absolutely a rock star and handled the busy evening like a beast.

The food is mainly good. It's not as hot as it should be a lot of the time. Think they are short staffed often. There are 2 sometimes 3 people doing everything. The managers do jump in and help though. Which is nice because I've been to a lot of other places where they do not.

We wanted to start the new years off right. So we drove an hour away to get Chili's (it's the closest location) The food was amazing our server Ashley was over the top and we cannot say anything but good things. I don't know why the price has seem a lot more than what they were last time we went out. And they put us right next to a window which had such a bad draft through it wearing my jacket I was cold. But as soon as our hot food got to us it warmed us up Went back a second time had more food. About a year later still great staff. Still great food. Cheese sticks had no cheese pull tho :o and I heard the table behind us talk about the same thing. But great food again
