Chili's Grill & Bar

It was my first time at Chili’s, and I stopped in to try the viral platter. It was good and definitely worth trying, but I’m not sure I would order it again. The service at the bar was great and made the experience enjoyable overall.

I must give credit to the hiring manager. This has become a destination stop for my wife and I because the staff is always so friendly. We arrived on a Tuesday shortly after they opened, the restaurant was busy. (A good sign). Our waitress (Rachel) had a fantastic attitude and was beyond helpful. I never had to request a refill, and she had an exceptional way of making us feel welcome. The food was great, although the portion was more than we needed. I just wish they'd open a restaurant further north. Great place to eat.

Fixxed my old roommates watch while waiting for food, 10/10 experience lol Nicole was a great waitress and delt with our shenanigans. She deserves a raise whichever chillis manager reads this.

After very very minimal issue (steak went to the wrong table and surf and turf was missing shrimp,) the managers gave half off of our entree and a free dessert. Above and beyond for such small human errors. Genuinely a friendly staff and a great experience. Food was tasty and prepared well. Drinks were a great value given strength. Will be returning as soon as possible.

Food was great for the price. Nice setting enviroment whith a fresh cooked quality real beef burger and cheaper than my last fast food bill. The service staff was prompt and not under staffed. Not too loud or too quite overall no complaints chilis has maintained its good overall quality.
