Chili's Grill & Bar

Wait time was expected. It was our server and food that was not okay. It took forever just to get a water and silverware. Then when we got our food, it was not good. Very bland and nasty. Server hardly came to see about us to make sure we were okay or needed anything. It wasn't good.

Half of the restaurant was empty, yet I was told it would take about 25 minutes to be seated. Then once I was seated I had to wait another 20 minutes for someone to come and take my order. I ordered the pasta with shrimp and chicken, it wasn't great, it was a little overcooked and salty. Servers seating around on their phones. The chips were mostly in small pieces

Sat at the bar to have the famous 3 for $20, I had a lemonade, potato soup, and the bacon burger. The reason I gave 2 stars was solely based on the price. Sat at the bar and the bartender greeted us 25 minutes later, the bus boys were dropping dishes all over the floor and the drinks are subpar. I will definitely not return

I came 1 hr away from Lagrange to get my chicken crispers!! Food was perfect, exactly what I ordered! Niyah was my waiter she was polite and very attentive! Would definitely recommend this location. Clean & close to other shopping centers!

I love Chilis! I had to take a step back for sometime due to issues with the services I had previously. But I came back today for a birthday and the food was great, drinks were amazing and the staff were so polite and kind! Our server was Amarie and she was such a sweet soul, very patient kind and helpful. I loved her energy!! Thanks again chilis, everything was great!!
