Chili's Grill & Bar

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting good food at a reasonable price with GREAT SERVICE!! Our waiter was little Hunter W. And he was absolutely amazing! From making sure we had everything we needed to having a great conversation with us. I must speak on the cook as well. My steak was cooked to the right temperature and there was just enough pink. The taste was actually delicious, the loaded mash potatoes were great and the street corn was fantastic! Hands down this has actually been one of the better restaurants in asheboro!! Absolutely fed up! This is the 3rd time I’ve either ate in the restaurant or gotten it to go. My burger is pretty much raw! I sent it back when i was at the restaurant eating in and it still came back pink. Whatever but this is absolutely ridiculous and It really needs to be addressed because I love chillis burgers but this is beyond ridiculous. Please get a new cook or something. I really would like my money back.

I have been to a few chilis in my many years of existence and they have all been okay at best but more or less just somewhere to go when every where else is closed or has a long wait. The Chilis in Asheboro was completely different. My wife and I came on new years eve. All the staff members were great. My wife got both of the Wicked themed margaritas and ribs, I got chicken and shrimp fajitas, and we got the mozzarella sticks for an appetizer. They were all great, honestly one of the best fajitas I've ever had. Our waitress was on top of things even though they were slammed. It was a great experience and it has me craving chilis all of a sudden

I always visit Chilli's when traveling because normally, the dining experience is the same across the country. Well this is the first time they've fell short. It's likely a staffing/scheduling issue. I waited 24 minutes (timed it) before I got my drink. The place wasn't even that busy. Maybe 50% full. 3:30 on a Saturday. I ordered my food and in less than 5 minutes it comes out barely warm. You can tell it was thrown together and pushed off the line since there aren't actual cooks, just food preparer's. This one experience won't keep me from coming back. Maybe to this location, but I'll be in a new town tomorrow.

Dined here with family on Mother's Day. Ordered the double QP burger medium rare. Bun was stale and started to flake apart almost immediately. Beef was beyond well-done, dry and crumbly. No juiciness. Server was apologetic and offered to replace, but most of our party was halfway done eating at that point and did not have time to wait another 20-30 min. Disappointing.
