Chili's Grill & Bar

The location inside the mall is convenient and the seating area is quite spacious. We ordered two dishes: Domin Grill and Chirpy Chicken. Unfortunately, both were incredibly salty. It almost felt like the excessive salt was being used to hide the lack of flavor. Our menu choices were actually good, and the food arrived hot, but the salt completely ruined the experience. It would be much better if adding salt was left to the customer. Because we couldn’t really eat the food, we left still hungry, which means the money we spent didn’t feel worth it. I personally wouldn’t choose this place again. If you’re sensitive to salt, you may want to keep this in mind before deciding to eat here.

We received a warm welcome when we arrived. We were here at around 1pm on a Saturday. The restaurant was not too busy but increasingly got busier while we were there. Jennifer was the bartender and also waited on our table. She had a great season of humor and was really friendly. She was attentive and fast in checking in with each table. The food and drinks were great. One item of our food had a slight issue, but they quickly fixed it and checked in several times to make sure we were happy. If in the area, we will for sure be coming back due to the great service and food.

A very busy restaurant for transient and travelers. Food is average at best. This is a place to wolf down some food as you are going somewhere. It is not a place for dining experience. Stick with the basics like salads and burgers, you will find something edible. Our burgers were hot, but the fries were stoned cold. The salad was okay. The chips were cold, but the green was decent. Long wait for everything. Lots of patience required.

First time coming to Chili’s !! ( I know crazy right?) I ordered the big qp, not too bad….definitely will try other things in the menu next time. The server Johan was super nice and friendly!!

I stayed at a hotel across the street and chose this Chili’s since it was within walking distance in the mall. I attempted to place a phone order and the experience was rough from the start. The first person who answered placed me on hold, came back to say the computer was not working, put me on hold again, then the call disconnected after several minutes. When I called back she apologized and transferred me, and the second person finally took my order. I was quoted twenty minutes. I arrived twenty five minutes later and still waited another ten. While waiting there was no host at the front and a couple who came in after me stood there unsure of what to do since no one from the staff was around.
