I frequently order food from this place and am always happy with the food but tonight they dropped the ball. I ordered a salchipollo. The chicken I got seemed to be old chicken and extremely dry. Chicken is not edible at all. Fries look old and dry. My wife is peruvian and she said this is not what a salchipollo is back in Peru.

Every dish we tried was delicious—honestly full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The hospitality and cuisine together created a dining experience that felt both high-quality and heartfelt. I’ve noticed a few one-star reviews—my only thought is: why wouldn't those guests speak with a manager first to resolve their issue? If it wasn’t sorted or they remained unsatisfied, I’m curious why they'd still leave a low rating. The flavors were amazing from start to finish. Everything tasted so good, and the saltamo was honestly my favorite — so flavorful and absolutely delicious. You can really tell care went into the presentation and taste. On top of that, the service was excellent: very friendly, sweet, and attentive. Overall, I loved the experience and would definitely come back.
