I absolutely love coming here! I almost always get their fresas con chocolate or un esquite. One of the things that stands out to me is that they always put a good amount of whatever topping goes on the dessert. Also, their staff is always so friendly! Definitely one of my go-to spots in town.

Absolutely HORRIFIC experience. We came in with a large group and a clearly stated list of items. We literally read it straight to the woman at the counter, yet somehow it still took them forever to put the order together. When we got home, we discovered that two items were missing — the Dubai chocolate strawberries and the regular mini pancakes. Completely unacceptable. When I called to address it, the staff acted clueless, confused, and downright unprofessional. It honestly felt like they had no record of anything and no idea how to do the most basic part of their job: take an order and get it right. I’ve never dealt with a team this incompetent. Save yourself the headache and your money. I will never return, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

HONEST REVIEW: Ordered the Dubai chocolate strawberries CUP barley had any chocolate and when I mean BARLEY I mean that they only outlined the whole cup with chocolate! PS chocolate tastes like pure kinder egg chocolate melted. Pistachio sauce was the worst tastes like pure green vomit mixed with water just for 2 cups spent 30$ don’t recommend rather make at home. 🤷‍♀️

Extremely disappointing experience. The staff was not only rude but also seemed unfamiliar with their own menu. I ordered a refillable Micheagua and was given the wrong size with no chamoy rim—just a plain agua fresca. When I tried to politely correct the mistake, I was met with attitude rather than help. I also attempted to order the Dubai Strawberries, and the girl at the counter told me they were sold out. However, shortly after, I saw another customer—who ordered after me, leave with four of them. Confused, I tried placing the order again with a different staff member. After waiting over 30 minutes, I asked about my order, only to be told they had run out. Horrible wait times, rude staff, and outrageous pricing… take your pick. I got the jug of Agua fresca and was given a water cup full of the agua fresca…. Dubai chocolates are 14.50 after tax and have a smidge of chocolate, with the essence of pistachio cream. Waste of time, money, energy, and did I mention money. Do not come here.
