Chiddy's Cheesesteaks of West Islip

We placed an order with 11 cheesesteaks. Only two were correct. None of the boxes were labeled. The wrong cheese was put on most of them. We added jalapeños to one and we didn’t get them and pickles to another and didn’t get them. I was bringing this home for my mom’s birthday. This was very disappointing.

This place is a disaster of a joke! They run an uber eats shop called BeebeeZ burgers and when you call them to customize or request importance of an order they tell you its not them. The $150 order came cold and soggy. There aas more diced tomato on the chicken bacon ranch then chicken and bacon and when i called to ask if they could take the tomato out the denied it was them on uber eats. The hot dog looked like wet doggy food and the wings were ice cold and soggy with mo sauce on side, again as requested. The chicken fingers are like crunbled little fried pieces of breading. Place is garbage

I order here often, I never complain. Because the food is always good. But this time the mozzarella sticks could have been cooked longer. Very disappointed

Had lunch here today. Best Cheesesteak Iv'e ever had, and I've been to a few Cheesesteak places in Philly. The place was clean, staff friendly and efficient. I got a Steak, Mozzarella, Marinara, Peppers. Hot, fresh, nice size, and delicious. Thanks, I'll be back.

Last time I will order from this location. I don’t know if the chef doesn’t know their own menu or even read online orders. For the second time in a row ordering from this location, I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich. I even paid extra for ranch and extra cheese. And for the second time I got a stripped down version of that sandwich. No lettuce, no tomato, no ranch, no extra cheese. Just the chicken, hot sauce and so little cheese I had to double take. Do they know their own menu??? Because this is the second time this has happened. But it has solidified me never ordering from them again. What a waste of money to not get what you paid for especially when you were charged extra for the ranch and cheese. So they get extra money out of me but give me half of the sandwich I ordered.
