Ordered from here because we have a friend visiting who has celiac, and this place was advertised as having a dedicated fryer. Paid close to $100 after having it delivered, for just three people for dinner. To start, none of the food we received was labeled to differentiate gluten containing food from the rest. This is the primary reason I’m giving such a poor review, because we couldn’t all actually eat the food we ordered, as we didn’t know if it was safe for our guest. When I called the restaurant twice for help, there was no answer, and no way to leave a message. The popcorn chicken was extremely overcooked, as though it had been fried many hours prior, and sat under a heat lamp for the remainder of the day. I have been going to the Chickies in Staten Island. The girl behind the counter, her name is Alex, has so much patience is so courteous and is always smiling. Whether I call in my order or I go pick it up,she is in a great mood!!! She deserves a huge raise. I’m sure everybody who goes there appreciates her.

I've tried a number of chicken-based restaurants, and I believe this is one of the best kosher fried chicken spots in New York. Given that they just opened, it appears that they intend to introduce new menu items soon. Regardless, I'm happy to see that a new kosher restaurant has opened in the Staten Island neighborhood. I highly recommend their FRIED CHICKEN!!

Food is good but very expensive compared with the previous cafe. We miss the amazing falafel sandwich and there aren’t enough options for meal deals. No relish or sauerkraut for the almost $10 hot dog. Kids meals at those prices are higher than a restaurant!!! We also miss the coffee! Bring back falafel! Lower your prices. Thank you!
