Chicken Salad Chick

Had dinner with family a few weeks back. Out of my favorite chicken salad this visit. Got something else (BLT) but was craving mine Olivia's Old South. I got pasta salad and it was very good. My family also got sandwiches and soup. The potato soup was delicious and my sandwich selection was good, but you know how it is when you are craving something specific.my cousin got the Mac and cheese and stated it was good.

My first time! Everyone was so friendly and they made great recommendations. I can't wait to go back! The chicken salad sandwich was great, but I especially loved the grape salad. I waited a long time to get to one, and it was everything I hoped it would be! The cake and cookies were amazing too!

We tried this place for the first time today and were so pleasantly surprised by our experience! The staff were all so very nice, especially the lovely lady named Nicky who took our order. We mentioned it was our first visit and she took the time to explain the menu, offered us samples and even offered my daughter a drink. All the food was really good! Loved all the different options of chicken salad flavors. The white chocolate cake was to die for too! Such a fun little place, will definitely be back!

This was my first time visiting this location. The sandwich was ok, didn't taste any different from any other chicken salad sandwich I've had before. While the person at the register was attempting to take my order, she was interrupted by another employee who told her about a cellphone issue, and the other person had to complete the transaction. I think it's very poor customer service to have customer facing employees handling cellphones. The facility was very clean and the atmosphere was satisfying.

Chicken Salad Chick has done it again! Great NEW Location in Smithfield, NC! It is fabulous and has a DRIVE THRU! The staff was delightful! Naomi gave great service and the Owner Clay was very present, helpful and polite. All of the food here is amazing! This location is very easily accessible and has lots of parking, handicap accessible, clean and beautiful inside and out. Highly Recommend…one of our new favorite places. 5 stars for sure! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
