Clean, bright restaurant. Super helpful friendly staff. Absolutely delicious chicken salad, pimento cheese, sides, soups and that little cookie! The quick service lunch, light dinner spot Plant City needed!! Tampafoodmom approved!

We visited the brand new Chicken Salad Chick in Plant City this evening and oh, what a great experience! The restaurant was so clean, as were the restrooms! We regularly visit Chicken Salad Chick because we LOVE everything about this restaurant! Talk about delicious!!!! I have never been a huge fan of the old-fashioned, traditional Chicken Salad, which is always bland, so that tells you this a quite a step above from the norm since we love it so much! There are many different, unique Chicken Salads to select from; each with their own unique flair! They are served as a good-sized scoop on fresh lettuce, or as a sandwich on a fresh, crescent type roll. The chicken salad is always fresh and delicious!!!!! The serving sizes are plentiful! First time we came here and everything was great. Restaurant was very clean, staff were all friendly and helpful. Food tasted good and fresh. We will definitely eat here again.

I came here to specifically give this location 5 ⭐️ because EVERY time I come in, the service is incredibly kind and friendly!!! The chicken salad is always on point across all locations but THIS location….is blessed with the best staff! Especially the ladies working the counter at 1:15pm on New Years Eve!! Our fav flavors are Lauren’s Lemon Basil and Jalapeno Holly! And the pasta and broccoli salad.

First time having tried Chicken Salad Chick and I have returned a few times since. No complaints with the chicken salad options and freshness. Sadly I was informed they removed the salad with chicken salad option off the menu - please add it back! Would come back more frequently for it. I’ve only ordered online or take out.
