Being able to pick and choose flavors and decide the number of scoops is a perfect serving style, especially if you want to sample or mix things up. The complimentary crackers that come with the meal really complete the experience. I was excited to get some Chicken Salad Chick at Austin’s newest location so I hit them up for lunch one day! There is plenty of parking available. As you enter, there are cashiers ready to take your order. There are chicken salads to the right of the cashiers for to-go orders or you can order to dine in from the menu. There are tons of tables available for seating. Almost all of them were available. I went with two large to go chicken salads! My favorite one is the one with the jalapeños!! Since they are still new, there are some kinks they need to work on. The cashier that attended me was not knowledgeable at all and had to go ask the busy manager working the kitchen window for every question I had. This was my first time eating at a Chicken Salad Chick. The food was good and a really nice atmosphere with plenty of spacious seating which is an A+. Hopefully one will come near me in Leander/Cedar Park.

Ordered several sandwich trays and fruit tray for a baby shower today. Eduardo helped me and his customer service was amazing. I was overwhelmed and he helped me navigate what to order. The sandwiches were amazing! Everyone loved them and they were gone in no time. Everything was so fresh and yummy! I definitely recommend. For a party it was perfect!
