Chicken Salad Chick

I really liked the concept and was excited to try this place. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. The sandwiches were not filled with much chicken salad, which was disappointing. They also forgot one of our drinks, and when we asked for it, we were mistakenly charged for an extra one and had to request a refund. To make matters worse, we ended up getting food poisoning afterward. I truly hope they improve their quality control and service because the idea has a lot of potential.

Chicken Salad Chick uptown was fantastic!! Even with all the staff being brand new, they found answers to all my questions, served efficiently, and everyone was so polite. The food was delicious! Loved the Fancy Nancy and Lemon Basil. The side of fruit was fresh and juicy too. I love how their soft grand opening even supported a local charity to bless others. These folks have hearts of gold and are looking to serve our community and that's what we need now more than ever. Can't wait to keep coming back for more!

Great customer service! When I stepped in the host asked if I wanted a sample and I declined because I was in a hurry and wanted to try out their buffalo chicken bowl. It was supposed to serve about 4 to 5 peeps. Um maybe I'm fat but that's a personal size. It's more like an appetizer, a snack. It was less than the size of my hand! 14 bucks for that is crazy. But it tasted good. It had lots of flavor and was well seasoned. The wheat cracker tasted stale. Will I go there again probably not. Overall it was too pricy for the small amount of food for me. I'm still hungry! Maybe I am fat, I guess my washboard abs needs more food.

This place is delicious, ordered the chicken salad melt and chose the lemon basil chicken salad which was very flavorful and so good.. they were giving samples of each flavor as you walk in to help you choose. Cashiers were very friendly and patient as we were new to the menu. Meal came with a side which I got the chicken poblano soup. Probably one of the best soups I've had from a sandwich place. Also came with a cute little sugar cookie! Definitely going back to try more chicken salad flavors.

Wonderful staff Manager is excellent got samples before we ordered appreciate that cause as this was our first time and it was a wonderful experience. Restaurant was very clean and food was excellent and fresh lots of drink options was wonderful .Highly recommend. Oh dont forget try the Grape salad for dessert yummy ❤️❤️
