Chicken Lovers

This was my first time trying Chicken Lovers in Bayside and I didn’t realize how popular this place was. We ordered a whole chicken and a half. The chicken was good, but not mind blowing. The ribs… though? Amazing!!! Super juicy, tender, and flavorful! I’d honestly come back just for the ribs alone. And of course, the green sauce was incredible. Chef’s kiss! I also really liked the rice. Such a solid combo with the meats. The mac and cheese was just meh.

I got the 1/4 chicken and 1/4 ribs with two sides, and honestly, it was so good, worth every penny. The ribs were tender and juicy, and I like how they give you two green sauces since one is never enough. The only thing I didn’t love was the mac and cheese — wish it was softer and cheesier. Other than that, everything hit the spot. They gave more in portions when you get the 1/4 combo of chicken and ribs with two sides with a pita bread,compare to other ones,this is how food should be priced.

The best grilled chicken! It is worthy to wait 40 minutes. Walking around the neighborhood during the waiting time, you can smell the delicious grilled smoke smell blocks away. What a treat for the neighbors. Jealous!

Omg the chicken is full of flavors and normally the breast would be dry but it's absolutely moist and juicy here, Perhaps they brine the chicken before grilling. I love the chared flavor. The ribs are good and tender but I found the chicken stands out more. Chicken lovers for sure.

I pass this place every day and I never stopped I saw a few postings on facebook and I decided to give it a try I’m glad I did I ordered the ribs with two sides well the potion was so much and the ribs were really tasty and fall off the bone and the service was amazing outstanding if you want great food I suggest you stop by the only problem I have is that it’s hard to find parking keep up the great work
