I really appreciated how the manager volunteered information, suggestions or assistance. He made sure I had everything I needed before I even asked. Thank you. This type of customer service made me feel like my patronage matters on more than a monetary level.

Nothing but great things to say about this Chicken Kitchen location. In addition to having the tastiest bowls, every time I have gone, the staff members have always been friendly and helpful. Today in particular, I placed my order online through Uber Eats. I forgot to add beans to my order and so I called the store. Without hesitation they were willing to support me to get it right and I really appreciated that.

Food was not hot. But you could tell is would be good if it was. Food area kind of stale and messy. If you seek customer service, you won’t find it here. They nickel and dime you for sauces and accessories that normally comes with most foods. They charge a fee for every little thing except using the restroom. Oh yeah, but the staff has to give you a code to use that. The server weighed the chicken with paper cup.
