Chicken Express

I've never had a bad order from this chicken express. I always order the same thing (7 piece tender meal, half spicy and half original with mashed potatoes and gravy) and an unsweet iced tea. Sometimes they forget i get unsweet tea and give me sweet tea. They always exchange it for me. There's almost no wait between ordering at the drive through menu and to the window.

We stopped by Chicken Express and Amber and her team did an amazing job! Even though they were super busy, they handled the rush so smoothly and got our order out quickly and correctly. The customer service was friendly and professional. You can tell they work well together. Great experience!

Ordered online 20 piece tenders 5 spicy 15 regular mash potatoes gravy ordered extra mashed potatoes and gravy family corn on the cob well I didn't get my extra family mashed potatoes an who ever put the corn in the bag put them in upside down an the juice got on the chicken. I called an talked to the gm an the gm was supposed to call me back in an hour an now 3 days later still no call.

Been there twice now and usually really nice people but was missing stuff the first time at this time was HORRIBLE all the way around. NEVER in 50 years have I been told, "you have 5 minutes to leave, we're closing" (while we were still eating) from a fast food or restaurant. The okra was burnt, my husband asked for a sweet tea and I'm guessing they were out because he got unsweetened and there was a cockroach on the bench they had to go kill because we pointed it out.

They were on the ball tonight. Ordered online and it was ready within minutes. Order accuracy 100% and it wasn't dry like a Chicken from the Inquisition. Great Job!
