Chicken Express

I went to chicken express to buy food for myself and my family. I asked them if the food was fresh and they said "yep just came out of the oil".... spoiler alert... they didn't. What I got was 7 tenders that were barely bigger than my finger and barely had chicken inside them as they were all breading only. They charge like $19 for that meal by itself and thats what we got. Shame on this Chicken Express and their greedy behavior.

I can appreciate the camaraderie of the staff. They were in good spirits on this Sunday morning and we're friendly and were listening to great music. Food was all fresh and brought out to us. The tea was good.

So I live here in Saginaw and lately Chicken Express has been hit or miss. Mostly miss. Nevermind the forgetfulness with missing fries or a roll, my food has been constantly cold. Literally just grabbed my food and pulled into Albertsons. Opened my box and grabbed a fry. COLD! Ok. Dang they gave me cold fries. Moves on to the chicken. COLD! It's unacceptable. I never do reviews but obviously today I was irritated enough.

Barely got any chicken!!! Ordered 4 tender combo and a 2 tender snack pack and all we got were 4 little pieces of chicken about the size of a nugget! Sides were very small also!!! Waste of Money for almost $30.00 and will Not Go Back!! Very Disappointing! Y’all have gone way downhill!!!

The food is consistently wonderful. The staff is always very helpful. The gravy is consistently the highlight of the meal. To whomever prepares it, please continue your excellent work.
