Chick N Max

Went for the first time and I was pleased about everything, the persons who helped me with my order were extraordinary and did take and make my order as requested. I got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich with fries and extra pickles on the side, hot flavor is decent, I love spicy so I would love if they bring more levels of spicy in the future. Also got some chicken tenders they were juice with that kick of spicy. Everything good. Their house sauce Max sauce is amazing. Thank you

This was my first time eating at Chicken Max. My aunt gave me a $10 card for Cgicken Max so I checked it out. I Thought it was going to taste like every other chicken place, but I was actually impressed with everything. The fries even had a good different flavor than most fries. I will definitely be eating there again!! Great fast food and reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was great. I am a veteran with PTSD and was comfortable with the atmosphere! If you haven't eaten there, I recommend you try it! It surprised me!

Always good fast food when I go. I love their sandwich options, I’ve had them all. But the Nashville Hot is my favorite.

I would like to share a note of appreciation for the customer service I received from Alex V at the Chick N Max location on 352 West St on Thursday, December 18. I stopped in hoping to purchase the Secret Fry Seasoning to use as a small Christmas stocking stuffer and learned it is no longer sold. After a brief conversation, Alex took the time to think through a reasonable solution. Although he did not have to do so, he carefully measured a portion of the seasoning, packaged it neatly, and labeled it, making sure everything was handled fairly and professionally. I appreciated his willingness to listen, problem solve, and go a step beyond what was required. It was a simple, thoughtful gesture that made a difference and reflects well on your team. Ordered a smoked BLT sandwich. Sandwich was missing the bacon. Almost choked on a bone. Meat was cold and dried out. Notified a member of staff and only got an "I'm sorry." No manager came to talk with me about this. The mobile app is a horrible experience. There are so many issues with it. This will be my last visit to any Chick N Max. A major competitor blows this place out of the water. I would suggest that a Chicken N Max team member mystery shop any Chick-Fil-A restaurant in Wichita and take note of their food and service.
