Chick-fil-A

Easily the worst Chick-fil-A I've been to. Sad, limp chicken. Overdone mealy fries, slow service.

Not Chick-fil-A quality of service! Several times they have messed up our order or our food has been cold. We ask for sauce and usually use 3 sauce for our whole meal. They’ll give us one or sometimes none, and no refills! They also close 30 min before what is posted as their closing time. Worst of all they rarely say my pleasure. Very disappointed, I’ve never had this experience at any other chick fil a.

They don’t even take gift their own gift cards, but yet every wall mart in Wyoming sells Chick Fila Gift cards. The only other location in Wyoming is in Cheyenne, why do they sell chick Fila Gift cards in every Walmart if there is only one in the state that will take gift cards? That doesn’t make sense. The line to get there usually takes 20-40 minutes, just to put in your order to have chick fila tell you they can’t take their own gift cards. YOU SHOULD PUT UP A SIGN SO I DONT WAIT IN LINE FOR 40 MINUTES AND WASTE MY WHOLE LUNCH BREAK. They have horrible customer service, the food is always cold, and it’s always really busy. Their food is disgusting but I was given all these chick fila gift cards, now I have two options. Throw them away, or drive to Cheyenne, and I’m NOT going to go to Ch

Its chick-fil-A. I've had worse and I've had better! It's awesome that this town finally got a chicken spot. it's kinda inconvenient that it's at the college. But at least we have one.

This is inside of the university. They did not accept any gift cards or allow you to scan your app/rewards. Had to pay for parking Food was fresh and hot when it was received.
