Chick-fil-A

Love the place, but gotta say, imho they put waaaay too much peppermint in the peppermint iced coffee we got (in both of ‘em we ordered). Peppermint is good but using too much could ruin a coffee for some, I don’t think I’d go as far as saying that, I still enjoyed mine despite the somewhat overpowering mint flavor. Next time I’d either forgo the peppermint or ask them to use significantly less, which may be personal preference, so I can truly enjoy my iced coffee. Or maybe I’m just used to plain coffee lol. Though I liked it a little more after a while, either getting used to it or getting a more diluted drink from the ice melting. Appreciate ya//. My wife wanted breakfast this morning and we decided on Chick-fil-A. I’m really glad I talked her into it. Even though it was busy, the wait was only about five minutes, which honestly wasn’t bad at all. What really stood out were two employees who deserve recognition. One was a shorter Latina woman and the other, I believe, was of Indian descent. Both were incredibly kind, cheerful, and genuinely pleasant. Their positive energy made me smile. One of them brought my food out and thanked me. I replied with “my pleasure,” and she smiled and said, “I see you,” which made us both laugh. It was a small moment, but it meant a lot. When I pulled up to this location, they had people waiting to open the doors for you to come in & go out. (like it was Applebee's). I was like that's great service. All the Employees were very friendly & if you needed anything or had questions about anything, they were ready to help. I only gave Food 4 🌟 Stars because nothing is ever perfect. Other than that, Employees seemed like they were enjoying themselves & Manager was on top of things as well.

We visited the drive-thru on a busy Friday evening. We had the pleasure of Crystal taking our order. She was so friendly and personable all while being quick and efficient. She was also knowledgeable about the menu options which was helpful because we were to far back to see the menu. It’s so nice to be treated by such an upbeat and sweet employees I wanted to make sure she gets recognized for being a stand out employee! The gentleman that handed us our food was very nice and friendly too. Crystal just took it to the next level and it was much appreciated. She made my husband, myself and our sons night! The food and service at this location was fantastic. My only hang up is the layout of the store is a little odd and slightly cramped. We dined in but got some treats to go and there wasn't a good spot for us to wait where we weren't in the way of something. The actual dining area was totally fine, just a little cramped to wait for to go items. Overall, good location and met the standards you expect when dining at Chick-fil-A.
