Chick-fil-A

Drive thru is a nightmare. I do like how they bring orders out sometimes 6 cars out, however almost always I’m missing sauces which is a bit annoying. I’ve have a few issues with food items in the past as well, ordered 2 fillets and they jammed them both into one sandwich bag and then one fillet was all ripped up because of it.

Chick-fil-a will always be my favorite. The food is delicious and the service was very kind and efficient, they always make you feel welcome. Whether I’m dining in or going through the drive thru everything runs nice and smooth. The perfect spot for a quick meal!

I’ve been to maybe 100 Chick-fil-A locations across the country, and I’ve always felt welcomed and treated kindly. However, this location was very different. I visited twice while in the area, and both times I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. None of the staff—cashiers, drive-through workers, or people bringing food to the table—greeted me or showed basic courtesy. It honestly felt like I was being treated differently, and that was surprising and disappointing because Chick-fil-A is usually known for great customer service. I hope management looks into this and improves the customer experience here

This store was super helpful with a time sensitive large order issue! I appreciate the person who answered the phone, listened to my dilemma, and helped me resolve the situation. Chick-Fil-A has a reputation of great customer service, but this team went above and beyond. It was MY pleasure doing business with you today.

On 02/09 we placed an order through the drive-thru. After checking the food items a simple mistake was noticed. We ordered a 8 piece grilled nugget. The label on the top of the food container stated that contents were to be an 8 piece grilled nugget. The container actually had Mac-n-cheese inside! We ran back inside to make a quick change of the Mac-n-cheese for the nuggets. When explaining this to the front cashier I was told “Well did you order it right”. I explained that I did, showed the receipt & the label located on the top of the food container. The cashier huffed, took the food out of my hands and very curtly threw the container in the trash. Thankfully, they did provide the nuggets. Overall, this is not the first time we’ve experience attitude from the teenagers working at this sp
