Chick-fil-A

I waited in line for 30 minutes to get breakfast. I told the employee my order he took it and gave me the total. When I got up to the window they told me they didn't have any more chicken biscuits left after I waited in line for 30 minutes! Why wasn’t I told this when I ordered it and I could have gotten out of line. They literally wasted my time on a Saturday morning! This is UNACCEPTABLE.

Chick-fil-A has always been good grub lol. Saturday was of course jam packed and food court was no exception as it was a gorgeous day and I had lunch and shopping with a friend. We tried their new chicken club sandwich on a pretzel roll which was good!

Had an amazing experience at Chick-fil-A in Willow Grove Mall! The chicken deluxe and nuggets were so tasty and delicious. I couldn't get enough of them! But what really made the visit special was Shavay's kind and attentive approach. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. Thank you, Shavay, and the whole team at Chick-fil-A! I'll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommended! 🐔🍔👍

Food is always great here but the man who rang me up today was rude and distant, and barely spoke to me. I work in customer service as well so I understand stress during a rush, but it does not give you an excuse to roll your eyes at people and give them undeserved disrespect. His name was Kysir.

Honestly I came here really excited for the new Honey Pepper Pimento sandwich. I got the meal with medium fries and a caramel crunch milkshake. Unfortunately the sandwich was nothing like the ads and I’m really disappointed. I think it was to busy there for them to make the sandwich with care. The only good thing was my milkshake which was REALLY good and my fries as always.
